Contacts Tutorial

Overview

  • There are two contact modules:
    • Contacts Viewer lists your staff and the contact people of your customers and suppliers. They are edited in their own modules. QuickEasy staff sometimes call this one Contacts.
    • Contacts holds contacts you create yourself, with labels, roles and links between them.
  • For every field and setting, see Contacts.

💡These tutorials explain how to find people in the Contacts Viewer, add and edit contacts, give them labels and roles, link contacts to each other, and set up the labels and roles.

  4. Click Save (button).
  1. Open the contact.
  2. In Linked Contacts, click Add (button).
  3. Contact = Select the contact to link, for example, the person's employer or next of kin.
  4. Description = Enter the relationship, for example, Spouse.
  5. Click Save (button).
  6. Note: To open a linked contact, right-click it and select Open Contact.

How to Delete a Contact

  2. Click Delete (button). At Delete Contact?, click Yes.

  5. Click Save (button).
