Issue/Receive (Tracker App)
Overview
The Tracker app can be used to control the Issue and Receiving of Inventory Items and other Goods.
The Issue and Receive Transactions are created on the app and uploaded to the Server. The transactions can only be accessed or edited from the desktop app.
When all the items are Issued or Received, you are prompted to set the Transaction to Complete.

The Issue and Receive modules appear as tiles (Issue Inventory, Receive Inventory, Issue Goods and Receive Goods) only when the app runs in Connected mode, not in Dual - Connected and Offline mode.
Transactions Screen Buttons Explained
| Button | Description |

| Logout | Returns the user to the login screen. |
| Issue / Receive | Opens the items of the selected transaction for you to select the items to issue or receive. |
| Done | Asks for confirmation and then sets the transaction to the Transaction Type's status with Default = Complete. |
| Refresh | Uploads and downloads data to and from the server. |
| Back | Returns to the Tile menu screen. |

How It Works
- The Tracker app lists the transactions that items can be issued from or received against: transactions of the Transaction Types that have one of the settings below, that have a status in the Active Status Group and that are assigned to the logged-in user (the Assign to field).
- When items are issued or received, the app creates a transaction of the Transaction Type selected in the Transaction Type's setting (see below). The new transaction is linked to the original one and gets its customer or supplier, reference, Item and Entity.
