Service Manager
Overview
You can work on Service Manager tickets from your phone or any browser: record travel and work time, add notes and images, and navigate to the customer. Tickets are created in the desktop app.
Each service class enabled for you has its own tile on the Tile Menu. The tile lists the tickets of that class that have an Active status and are assigned to you.
List View
Each ticket shows:
- A circle in the status colour, with the first letter of the status.
- The ticket number, customer name and reference.
- The due date (the date by which the ticket should be resolved).
