How to Follow Up on Accounts
Info
A Service Ticket can be created from the Customer Age Analysis to follow up on an account or for an account query.
Only applies to service tickets with the category Accounts.
- Display a Customer Age Analysis.
- Right-click an entry.
- Select Create/Update a Service Ticket.
- Note: If the customer has an Accounts Service Ticket that is New/Pending or Active, it is opened. If there is none, a new one is created.
- The Reminder Date from the linked Service Ticket can appear on the list view of the Customer Age Analysis (the field Remind, is hidden by default. Use the Field Chooser (*) to include it.) If the service ticket is overdue (based on the system date, not the date of the age analysis), the ticket date appears in red.
