Timekeeping (Production Planning)

Overview

When your Timekeeping Mode is Production, the Timekeeping tile lets you record time against production planning tasks, as the Tracker app does. The mobile and Tracker apps use the same settings, so a feature that is switched off does not appear.

Navigation Example

Mobile App > Tile Menu > Timekeeping

Tracker Login

The first time you open Timekeeping on a device, the Set up this device screen asks how the device is used. The device remembers your choice.

  • Shared device: Staff sign in here with their own PIN. Each person enters their PIN on the Enter Password keypad and taps Login.
  • Just this device: Stay signed in as yourself. No PIN needed.

To change the choice, tap Device Mode below the keypad. See How to Share a Device.
