Actions - Messages
Overview
Actions can be used to generate messages. SQL generates the message text. When the message text is empty, the message is not generated. The message types are:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Message - Error | This message prevents any further items in the Action list from being executed. |
| Message - Warning | This message warns the user of a potential problem and includes an option to cancel further execution of the Action or to continue. |
| Message - Confirmation | This message lets you confirm the Action's execution. |
| Message - Information | This message displays information. It can be used as the final step in an Action to confirm that the Action was successful. |
