Welcome to the BOS Enterprise documentation. Here, you will find information about QuickEasy Software's business management platform. BOS Enterprise is published in UK English, while its custom modules, content and outputs can support any language your organisation needs.

How to find what you need
Search — use the search box at the top of every page, or press / anywhere on the site to jump straight to it. Search results can be filtered by category and sorted by relevance or title.
Browse by module — the sidebar on every page groups pages by module, and always shows where you currently are. Each module lists its reference pages and its tutorials together, in alphabetical order, so the page that explains a screen sits next to the tutorial that shows you how to use it. For example, Banking lists Bank Import, Bank Import Setup Tutorials and Bank Import Tutorial one after the other.
Pages come in a few different kinds, depending on what you're trying to do:

Coloured callouts
As you read, you'll see coloured highlight blocks down the left edge of the content — each colour means something different:
- Info (green) — background or an explanation that helps you understand the step or screen.
- Note (grey) — a condition or requirement that affects what you do, such as a setting you need first.
- Tip (grey) — a quicker way to do something, or behaviour worth knowing.
- Warning (red) — a real risk, such as lost data, wrong postings or something you cannot undo.
- Navigation (blue) — where to find something in the standard menu (your menus may be set up differently), for example:

Browse all release notes — not in the sidebar menu since it's a browse-occasionally page rather than a step in the documented workflow, but always reachable from here or search.
