Enhancements

Timekeeping > List View - Renamed Approval Note to Status Note.

Custom Reports - Conditional Formatting has been restored to the Grid Options menu.

Contacts Module - A Status field has been added.

Items Enhancements

The following columns have been added to the List View, hidden by default:

  • Image - A Checkbox to indicate whether an image exists
  • Image (kb) - Indicates the size of the uploaded image - this field gets updated when you save an item.

Items - Images - The following Actions have been added to the Edit View and as Batch Updates on the List View. (Note: When an Item is saved the Image size is updated if it is blank.)

  • Check Image Size - The Size is displayed in kb
  • Resize Image - Allows you to resize an image to a target size.

Costings - A Type field (MAT/ASM) has been added to the Options table.

A General Setting > Items & Inventory > Default Image Size (kb) has been added - Default = 100kb. You are able to override it on the Image sizing actions.

Service Manager Enhancements

Edit View

  • Fixed: The Responses were hard to read in Dark Mode - the text is now colored according to Light/Dark mode. Note: The Custom Procedure used in the Detail tab must be manually updated.

Project (In Edit View)

  • You are able to right/click on a Task to View/Edit Task.

Project Summary 

  • Editable Captions are now colored in Blue.
  • You are able to right/click to View/Edit Task.

Fixes

The Trigger on Currency table was updated so that it doesn't trigger updates to Item Prices if the rate of exchange is not updated.

Fixed: Changes were made to the Copy Transaction function to improve speed when copying Transactions that contain many Estimate Items.

Fixed: When you change Light/Dark mode, you now have an option to Cancel before changes are made. If you continue, the application restarts.

Fixed: Sundry look and feel issues related to dark mode. e.g. Highlight on Planning Board View, Ledger > Change Transaction Type dialog.

Fixed: An SQL Error was returned when editing an Asset type in Items.

Fixed: If you opened items from the Costing Drilldown, Items would appear twice in the Recent dropdown list.
