Goods Returned Tutorial

Overview

In QuickEasy BOS Enterprise, transactions may be created to issue, receive and return inventory. Inventory can consist of raw materials or finished goods. Inventory can also be manufactured where the individual raw material items are received, and the finished goods are issued back to stock or to a customer.

Although inventory can be issued and received, it can also be returned. For example, customers can reject an order and return the goods. During the manufacturing process, offcuts or unused materials used can also be returned to inventory.

💡These tutorials focus on inventory returns, known as Goods Returned. They explain how to view, customise and create Goods Returned transactions.
