Mobile App: Customers
Overview
The Customers module lets you look up a customer's details, contacts, addresses, account information and attachments from your phone or any browser, for example, before you visit or phone a customer. The information is read-only: customer records are added and edited in the desktop app.
The Customers – Access Allowed user setting controls whether you can open the module, and whether you see all customers or only those for which you are the rep.
💡These tutorials explain how to find a customer and view their information from the mobile app.
