Improved error messaging on the login page:

If No Databases (2501)

• Notification
• Type: Error
• Message: There are no databases linked to version 2501. Upgrade to 2601. Link <URL2601>

• Message: There are no databases linked to version 2601. Please contact Helpdesk.

Fixes

Fixed: When a user's session expired, they were able to continue working on the app for a bit before being kicked off. This is an issue when completing a timekeeping record as an example. Now, this system does not allow you to continue working until you sign in again (like Google).
